Not sure what you mean by didn't agree but anyhoo, children are being compared to animals because it is presumed that they are going to be a nuisance
to all on the flight, when, in fact, MOST ARE NOT. It is unfair we pay for carryon while something we love is contained therein. It is well documented that most parents *i have two grown children* have issues when their children become monsters mid air, but flight attendants become oblivious. (Have a puppy fart and they're on ya like vultures. Just an observation.) Kids are fabulous as long as the parents are in control which they are not any more. Pet owners too share this responsibility. Control. Most pets in carriers seem to have parents in control. Maybe carriers for kids? j/k
