 They just don't stop!
It is a male thing!!! I thought the same thing. Stomper was neutered at 4 months old - he is now 8 months and is humping too. He started lifting his leg up too! I actually asked the vet about this and they laughed. They said it is normal and won't stop! I do believe it reduces it though. He doesn't hump and lift his leg ALL the time. Perhaps it would be more often if he was not neutered...who know!!!???
