From the pictures I would not say that the first pup is a chocolate yorkie. True chocolate yorkies have a liver color nose and pigment. He is a darker yorkie, he will probably end up looking like his mom who is a darker colored yorkie.

Ohh No, he's not a true chocolate yorkie, just a chocolate color. He is very dark!
