I had an endoscopy and had h pylori and acid reflux which caused terrible heartburn. I was on an antibiotic, then had to go to the dr.'s office to make sure h pylori was gone. I had to eat a special pudding (was not bad), then had to breathe into a bag a couple of times. For the acid reflux, I was given a prescription for prilosec, and have been good as new ever since.
