hmm.... if you do in fact have H Pylori then it is curable.. it is just a bacteria that needs antibiotics.... they thought i had it.... did a scope and took a biopsy.. turned out to not be the problem, but i was told that i should hope for H pylori as all i would need is a round of medication to fix it. I know that if you have had it for a long time and it hasn't been diagnoised it can cause secondary issues that arne't curable (ie... permanent damage to the lining of your stomach) so you might want to double check that that is in fact what you have.... good luck! i know the pain... i too have it every day...
