I don't have any recipes, sorry! I need to get back to this way of eating, though, I never had felt better than when I ate naturally. Right now I'm on the holiday junk food bender
Pretty much just stick with the foods from the outer perimeter of the stores. Find a good local produce stand, if you can, and google for natural recipes, or just use regular ones and eliminate anything icky from them. Lots of fresh herbs will help keep things nicely flavored. I love to put mint in my fruit salad, and I make these lovely ground chicken patties with mint and cilantro, mmmmm! You sear them in a hot skillet and place them on a bed of baby spinach, and the spinach wilts and it's SO Good. I can give you the recipe for that, a friend from another online group gave it to me, can't take credit for that one
