Interesting bc I noticed the SAME thing, in the same spot on Wylie about 1.5 years ago! The only thing we could come up with (at the vets) was that it was probably an injection site. Also, that if the injection was given in close proximity to his neuter time, there may not have been the right hormones (as they were changing/adjusting) to grow the hair back and the spot became permanent.

NOW, if this can be caused solely by an injection....pretty scary how toxic that injection has to be, huh?
