Welcome to YT & congratulations on your new puppy!! I am sorry you have had so much to deal with.
I would first start with a vet that you trust. Until your puppy is completely well, no shots should be given. Particularly since your little guy has already had some difficulties, I would proceed very cautiously with shots, making sure only one at a time is given and nothing in combination. Give only the vaccines that are absolutely necessary.
Both kennel cough and giardia can take several rounds of meds to clear up completely (dealt with both ourselves). Good luck to you and your pup!!
