I think it's fine, but then again, I don't know anything about breeding. I however do know this... Chip had a couple shots before he was sold to us. When we took him to the vet, the vet told us the shots she was going to give him and I told her that his records said he already had that. She said that vets don't consider a breeder's record and that it's not legit. She was probably wrong because she has done some nasty stuff (long story), so if someone knows different, please let me know.
