I get frequent UTIs and outside of the first two I had, I don't have any pain associated with urination. Sometimes I get abdominal pain, sometimes I get back pain and sometimes I just feel like crap. It is possible it is just a UTI - they can really knock you for a loop and the pain can be different each time, sometimes really intense.
I'll be thinking of you (I actually have a UTI now - I was pretty sick the day after Christmas) and hoping that is all it is.
