Someone has to make decisions for the breed, don't they? As with any breed. What would be a better alternative? The YTCA is made up of a large enough group of people to be able to consider a very wide range of concerns regarding the breed, not just a few issues that benefit a select few. Who better to make those decisions than a group of people well educated on the breed that have proven themselves already?
