Awww that stinks, I'm in a similiar situation. I am disputing through paypal because I haven't received the registration papers for my last little girl. The breeder was ignoring my emails and then just outright lied about contacting me via phone and said I knew why there was a hold up. We are still in dispute but I have no idea how to go about finding out if her info she gave me in the dispute about the litter registration number and stuff is valid, or if that has anything to do with MY puppy and HER papers. |
