Welcom to YT. I have always had good luck with the firm NO and then show him what he is supposed to do. Like for peepee accidents...say NO and then take him outside or the peepad or whatever. If he bites or nip...again NO. And then praise, praise, praise when he does something good. IMO never, never hit. Good luck.
