I purchased a 4 month old male yorkie from a breeder in Texas on November 19. I have been trying to get registrations papers from the breeder since then to no avail. The vet said my puppy has undescended testicles which I was not told about and her teeth do not look old enough for her supposed age. The breeder is responsive by email, but always with another excuse. I really want the papers to confirm his age and who his parents are. I love the dog and don't want to change that. I have read conflicting reports about the breeder on yorkie talk. I guess my question is if there is anyway to obtain his papers and can I report the breeder to the AKC or some other agency?
