Just give her more time, we adopted a rescue Pomeranian back in August he was estimated to be 3-5 yrs old, and it took him approx 4-6 weeks before you could really see he was comfortable with us. Around the 4 week period he really just seemed sad, we showed him lots of love, and after a week or two he came around. He now knows he is part of the family and going nowhere!
Your little girl just needs time & lots of love, to know she is safe and one of the family.
