1. They start losing their teeth sometime between 4 and 6 months of age...it varies a little with each dog. Sometimes the tinier ones tend to lose their teeth at an older age.

2. Yes, you should shave the top 1/3 of the ear..it's called "tipping the ears". It looks neat and helps them to stand

3. I think it is. The dog should have all of it's vaccinations, including rabies, before going to the groomer
