I just got a new lil sister too. Mine isn't a yorkie either. She is something called a "chi-la-la". Anyway, if I was you I would start right now teaching that little sister who the boss is! Mine is under the impression that SHE is the boss and once they that in their heads its HARD to get it out. The best thing is to not let them get it in there to begin with.
