Sorry Aerrica for your troubles with BOA. I have travelled all over the country living in many different states for months at a time as a travel nurse and BOA has always been very very good to me. They are not all bad.
I suggest you stop calling anyone and go see someone face to face on monday morning. They will be closed Tuesday.
EVEN if you switch... see them face to face. I bet they will refund the nsf charges. The people on the phone can't see the anguish on your face.
I hope at the very least they will do this for you.
And then say thanks... and run as fast as you can to Wachovia.
Once your account is closed...i would right a letter. Just for you really... to get stuff off your chest. Hope things get better |
