 Do I get a 2nd Yorkie?
Been a while since I've visited this forum. My Rocky is 1 1/2 years old and I just can't decide if I should get a second one. What started this is my girl friend who loves my Rocky to death has decided she wants a female Yorkie puppy. I pointed her to this website which is where I did much of my research before Rocky came home. This process of me helping her has stirred up those feelings of "should I get a playmate for Rocky". Rocky is just perfect...He is Pee Pad trained, does not bite, only goes into his loud playful bark when he wants you to play ball with him. Since I have a male I would want a female just to experience both personalities. On the other hand Rocky is my baby and he is "Perfect" ;-) I guess I'd kinda be afraid Rocky would get bent out of shape if he had to share me and our home with a newbe. I do work and I'm thinking Rocky would have someone to share his time with...But yet he seems to sleep a good portion of the day.
Looking for feedback from others who had 1 Yorkie and what happened to the family unit after the 2nd Yorkie was brought home. |
