A blue born yorkie is not at all normal. In fact, blue borns can have major problems. They usually have a thick, dry, painful skin with little hair growth. The little hair they do have is coarse and brittle...constantly breaking off. Many die at a young age as well. The breeder needs to have the mom and dad spayed and neutered, as well as those puppies as they all carry that blue-born gene.
