Default Thank you to all of youfor your warm support and prayers

It was very sweet of all you YTers to send me your condolances and comments. It makes it a little easier to know there are so people out here who know how wonderful these little dogs are.
And to come to this site once in a while just to hear about other little dogs like him. Sort of a step down to being without him.

Today I went out to return a Christmas gift. It was so lonely as I got ready to leave without Bentley watching from his favorite spot on the back of the couch. He'd be hoping to go along when he'd see me get on my coat. Sometimes he did get to go depending upon my plans. Sad leaving without seeing him watching from the window as I drove away. Many times he'd still be at the window when I returned. So sweet.
Then while I was out I was aware that there was no real need to get back to an empty house.
He'd always greet me as if I'd been gone for a whole day whether it was 20 minutes or 6 hours.
He'd run to the kitchen with me to see what I got. If I hadn't gotten anything of interest for him (and just about anything was of interest) I'd blow up the plastic grocery bags and tie them like a balloon. He'd think that was a wonderful thing and chase it about, jump on it or and shake it till it popped.
I think I need to delve into a paper work or organizational project to get past these early days without him.
