The Poise pads are actually not really much more expensive than the pads and they work WAY BETTER. Though I wonder if people think I have a bladder control problem when I buy them

I have the same problem with smell though and short of shaving the hair off the back end (which is what I think holds the smell), I am working on a belly band that will cover the pad inside as well and is moisture resistant all but the area right where it's needed, so the overflow won't work it's way up around and onto his side hair. Hopefully this will work. If you are interested let me know.
