I would call the vet or take him in. 4 days sounds like a bigger problem than a few crumbs of chocolate. The vet may just advise you how to hometreat for a day or so. (pepto bismo? I am not sure of dose)
Don't let him get dehydrated. Make sure he drinks water or get him to lick an ice cube. maybe just rice or babies rice cereal mixed with warm water instead of his regular food.
