The rating system is there for a reason. I think you were more than fair. We can't leave ratings based on our "feelings" - it's to let others know the pros and cons of that seller/buyer during that single transaction. I have never left a negative rating either, but I think waiting 3 weeks for a coin would have prompted me to, especially after his "Oh did you want it for Christmas?" remark. I wouldn't give this another thought if I were you.
