I think your rating was fair. I would report the harrassing email to ebay. It is acceptable to inquire about the transaction, but not to be a jerk about it. I am always afraid to leave neg feed back because people can retaliate and leave neg for you even if you didnt do anything wrong. Ebay doesn't really care. I do think the email you received is a violation of their email policy tho'.
