I'd say a neutral was the right choice. I can't believe he took that long to ship it out. Wonder if he forgot and you probably wouldn't have gotten it at all if you hadn't reminded him.
I left negative feedback once. I won an auction for a brand new cookie press and bid with the understanding that it was new. I got it and the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. The cookie press was not new...it still had dried on dough from whoever used it before. The instruction/recipe book was full of grease marks. He got really angry with me for the negative feedback, but I was angry because of his false statements in the item description. I didn't use that cookie press...just took one part that I needed to go with my other one and threw the rest away. |
