Just a reminder....not just the skin, but sausage in general is very dangerous for dogs as pork products can trigger pancreatitis. We've already had a couple of Yorkies here end up hospitalized for eating a little Christmas ham.
Meats such as bacon, pork, ham, sausages and deli meats have a very high fat content and this can lead to a condition called pancreatitis.
