Logan is acting normal just tired. He was also very interested in food when we got home at 6. I felt so bad telling him he had to wait til tomorrow so that his system could recoup.

I would not be hesitant to give the amoxicillian except the 1st vet that gave it to us didn't give us a reason to give it. Like this will help ..... so i'm hesitant to give because it seemed to me like the 1st vet had no idea what was wrong, but figured antibiotics wouldn't hurt. |
I agree. Antibiotics on an empty stomach could really upset his stomach even more. It certainly won't hurt to wait until tomorrow and call vet #2 and ask.
I'm glad he's acting hungry. That's a very good sign!
