Hey guys, windows movie maker should work for you, it comes with windows XP, and I'm pretty sure Vista. If you use any kind of photo editing software, then doing the video editing will not be too foreign, it is just working on moving pictures, kind of like looking at a filmstrip and cutting it and putting text etc in where you want.
