I have been taking Paxil for several years now, and I have not had any problems at all. I do, however, know of others who cannot take it. I would not just stop taking it. I would call and ask the doctor about it first. You may have to taper off, since it's not a medication that should be just stopped abruptly. It sounds like it's not a good med for you, and it's not unusual to have to try several different ones before finding one that works well for you.
