There is not one single thing in this entire world that everyone could believe in, so don't worry about trying to please everyone. Just do what makes you happy, as long as it is in no way harmful.
I've never put clothes of any kind on a dog in my entire life till three years ago when I first got Zada then three months later Azrael and on the 21st of this month, Raziel. They have sweaters and jackets and they seem to love wearing them. When we take them places, I don't give a hoot if there is anyone who thinks it isn't normal. They are warm and they look very cute.
So continue doing what "you" want.
