Has your little girl ever been in heat before? My girls are sleepy more in the beginning of the cycle and get a bit more restless towards the end. I agree that it sounds as if something more than her cycle is going on maybe. I would check to see if she seems to be having pain in her belly and if so get her to a vet to get checked out if this continues, especially if this is not her first heat.
