I would wait until after the baby comes. Especially if this is your first. Babies take so much time and attention, I can't imagine dealing with a puppy AND a new baby at the same time. If after the baby comes you still feel ready, then go for it! Our neighbor got a puppy about a month before their first baby was born and she really had her hands full, I know she wishes she had waited. Congrats on your baby, I pray that everything goes well with the remainder of your pregnancy and the delivery.
