I was using it with good success. I've recently started going to a holistic vet who advised me to stop using it or to at least cut back because it is a low level antibiotic. She advised adding leafy greens to Sugar's diet to help with the tearing. If you don't mind keeping antibiotics in your dog's system, it is a good product that works. I'm going to try the greens and will report back if it works or not.
