when i come home or when mocha gets excited, she starts to exhibit this "choking" noise where it seems like she forgets to take a breath (because she's so excited?). I'm not sure what it is, but it sounds like she has a hairball.
Nothing ever comes out and after a couple of minutes of calming her down, she's normal. Has anyone else observed this? I've talked with my vet about it and she says mocha is just too excited, but i'm not sure.
