The lady decided yesterday to settle outside of court and the state let her keep 6 dogs and she was fined $8,500, an estimated total of the expenses accrued to house feed and care for the dogs. Breeders that had used her services will get to have 9 of the dogs and the rest will go to shelters in the area.
There have been over 200 applications already for the rescues, so now hopefully they will go to a better place. |
