My little yorkie is 9 weeks old and I've had him for 2 weeks now. This is my first dog, so all these experiences are brand new to me.

Lately, I've noticed that he likes to pooh privately, when I'm not cowering over him. He usually does this in the bathroom on the newspaper/pee pad.

The last few days, I've noticed that his pooh has been manipulated and usually catch him sniffing at it. I haven't caught him, but I'm almost positive that he's eating his pooh.

Is this normal? How do I stop him from continuing this bad habit. Also, what is out there to successfully clean his teeth?
