Neither Paxil or Zoloft worked for me, but everyone is different and meds work different ways for different people.
Sometimes there is an adjustment period to a med and then the side effects diminish or go away all together. I would call your dr. just to let him/her know what's going on and what you plan on doing - just to be on the safe side.
