I had someone call Kansas State last night over a flea medication reaction (the dog is fine now...). She called and there was just some automated thing that kept talking. She called back later and they didn't get back to her til this morning (a little late for an emergency). She was willing to stay on hold for awhile, so I don't know how long she waited. I'm sure it's a good service when they answer but please don't count on it.
