Ohhhhh Mum...you are always so sweet!!!!
I did find the mans name & address on the internet so I am definitely mailing him a gift certificate to a local steak house.
I will have to do a little more digging around to see what I can find out about his home. Hopefully, he had insurance but I am sure he could use some assistance.
