On a normal day, I stay up late and get up anywhere from 8:30- 9:30..
My hubby is an early to bed and early riser.

so this is always good for us, as that is his time to bond with a new puppy, he gets up with them and plays with them and takes them potty.. I let him, for if I did not they would all end up just being my sucks.. I get him to share a lot of things., I just ask him oh can you do this or that. It helps with the baby's. While he is bonding early morning with the baby, I am in bed with the others that are older and just would rather be snuggled to me. This gives him the alone time.
Lets face it, the caregiver is the one they will follow.

Give hubby some jobs like that, and let him do it, and you either stay in bed a little longer, in no time, that baby will bond with him, make sure he cannot get back to your bedroom, and has to spend time with hubby..
Hope some of all our advice helps you out.
