Thank you for posting this and I will cross post it to other rescue organizations. Thank goodness someone took the time to call animal control. Just this afternoon I posted on a thread to call the local organizations to check out a rescue. I have known for a long time about using small dogs and puppies as bait in the fighting ring. Disgusting.
