Have you tried the hair bands that Des (Tiger's Mom) sells on her site? They are the only ones I use as they are very easy to get out as well (without cutting). She also sells the hair clips that many use rather than bands. Neither one of my girls' hair will keep them in without a band first, but these bands are hands down the best (and I've tried LOTS of others)!!!
