My Ozzie is 14.5 pounds at last official weigh-in. (Granted, he could stand to lose a pound or 2. I think he looked better at about 12 pounds than now.)
He is 10, but a very active senior and we are on a diet. We're hoping to go back to 12-13 pounds. Even so, he's not obese. We like to think of him as solid.
