Is this the first time she's ever been in heat? Two years of age is abnormally old to be going into heat for the first time. It's normal for them to lay around or be restless and not want to eat while in heat. Be sure to supervise her at all times for about three weeks to make sure she isn't bred. Don't leave her unattended outside for even a second...a male dog can dig under or climb over a fence and it only take a minute for an accident to happen. I would also have her spayed as soon as her heat cycle is over.
