I used a onesie for Ellie. Just get the smallest one you can find. It might still be a bit big but can you cut it and sew it down to size? I put it on Ellie backwards so that the snaps would touch her back and not her incision. You can cut a hole for her tail if you want but I didn't. I thought the edge of the material around the hole would rub against her butt so I decided not to. Make sure it isn't too big or she could crawl out the neck or get her mouth in the leg holes and get to her belly.
