You are absolutely right that byb's and pet shops are not the fault of celebrities. The blame lies with people who see a celebrity with a particular breed and don't do their homework before running out to buy one. |
That doesn't mean the owner will. What if the owner lives out, or moves, out of state? I'm just saying a lot of things can, and do
, happen and it's not one person or breeder's fault.
