my story is in a way sad, we had a little girl and she died at the age of 5..as you can amigine I was at wits end heartbroken and depressed,we were expecting it,she had lived thru 23 brain surgerys, but it didnt make it any easier, we had a friend who was a vet, after a couple of weeks he called me and asked me to do him a favor, would I please take care of this yorkie, she had been a victem af abuse and he had to wire her jaw shut because she was kicked so hard it broke her little jaw and she was not getting any better in the hospital,he felt if I could take care of her,it might make a differance in if she made it,then he would find her a perminate forever home, after she could eat again, gee, how could I say no,so he brought her over, little did I know he had in mind of helping me by helping her,she was with us for 13 years, we were her foreverhome..after she crossed the rainbow bridge, I knew life had to have a yorkie to be complete, now I am complete with 2 healthy ones, hairy people a boy and a girl, they were both bought with the idea of allowing them to make puppies for other people in need of special love depending on what they are going thru in there lives, there are so many people who have terminally ill children who will need that special one to help them get thru the worst time in there lives, and when you are going thru it, a yorkie makes the differance between getting up in the morning or just wishing you had te courage to join the other side, today I can say I am happy and the total slave to the babies,my hairy kids who are my life, a new start and a great life
