With RC, I would definately have a back up plan. There have been many here tell of bad reactions to the food, so I definately wouldn't recommend being stuck with that as her only option. (I know mine can't eat it.) I would also recommend whatever you decide to switch over to, do it gradually, not all at once. Give your dog time to adjust.

The links also examine raw and homecooked diets as well.
Important to keep in mind though, the information on all of the sites are based on the opinions of the site editors, so take that for what it's worth. Many of them are also very one sided. They do however, mention publications that you could track down for even more info.
