Here are my suggestions:
1. X-pen - I got this one at Walmart and if you do site to store the shipping is free. She should still be contained and this pen you can configure into all sorts of shapes and uses. Mine didn't have free run until they were 1.5 yrs. old. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=1762412

3. Doggie Litter Boxes - I put the pee pads inside the boxes, it forces them to step into the box to do potty - not on the edge, etc...

Do you put the pee pads on top of the litter? Does the litter stink after they pee in it? Do you change ot often? Sorry for sounding dumb, but I am to this one too.
